Android app purchases are processed through Google Play.
Google Play billing
Google Play handles the payment method and billing transaction. Sioma verifies purchases so the relevant access can be provided.
Available subscriptions
The subscriptions available to a user, their billing periods and included usage are displayed in the app before purchase. This page intentionally does not hard-code prices or allowances.
Automatic renewal
Where applicable, a subscription renews according to the renewal terms shown by Google Play before purchase.
How to cancel
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are cancelled through Google Play subscription management.
Managing your subscription
Use the Google Play account associated with the purchase to view or manage the subscription.
What happens after cancellation
Cancellation normally stops a future renewal. Access already paid for may continue until the end of the current billing period, subject to the applicable purchase terms.
Individual purchases
Where Sioma offers individual purchases, the exact item and included usage are shown before purchase.
Story / audio allowances
Any included story or audio allowance is displayed with the relevant product or plan rather than being fixed in this page.
