Before the app launch
If you only joined the website waitlist and want your email removed, contact [email protected] and request deletion of your waitlist data.
After the app launch
Users should be able to request deletion through the app itself or through the designated support contact. The final production version should state the exact in-app path and support email once that flow is finalized.
What deletion means
Deletion generally means removal of your account and associated personal data, unless certain data must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.
Backups and timing
Some data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before full deletion cycles are completed.
